Yoga Bliss Evening Series/Courses (119 & Madison)
To ensure that you receive the full benefits of the yoga practice, Yoga Bliss evening classes are offered as a course. Classes are designed to build on the previous week's "work" so that you continue to build your knowledge, strength and flexibility. A Yoga Bliss course series is $70. You are welcome to sign up for a full series or part of a series. Payment plans are also available.
Gentle Bliss Flow - Monday nights. The perfect mix of gentle yoga postures and stretches as well as restorative yoga poses, where the body is supported by various props, like blocks, blankets and chairs. In this class we move slowly with the breath to help reduce tension and stress. Perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to slow things down!
Basic Vinyasa Flow - Tuesday nights. In this class we are working more specifically with the alignment of the basic yoga postures to ensure optimal opening in a safe way. We also work to build strength and flexibility as well as explore how the poses can flow more freely with the breath. Perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to get back to basics.
Intermediate Vinyasa Flow - Thursday nights. Get your breath and body flowing together in this dynamic moving meditation. Arm balances, inversions and juicy backbends abound in this lively yoga practice. This is for folks who have been studying yoga for at least a year and are ready to go a little deeper.
